Description

The washing and drying of the fruit is done in different areas, specified in the technical characteristics. Optionally, a by-pass canvas system can be installed in case is not necessary to brush the fruit.

Características:

• 0.75Kw motor-reducer with electronic speed variator for the rotation of the brushes.
• Section of double showers for the washing of the fruit with water of net, endowed with tubes of stainless steel Aisi304, curtains of antacid rubber, shower support structure made of stainless steel Aisi304 and electro-valve in the water inlet connected to control box of the installation.
• Motorized sweeper product extractor with 4 PVC curtains of 5 mm and rear stop for rigidity, with drag chains made of stainless steel.
• 0.37Kw motor-reducer with mechanical speed variator. The extractor can be programmed in 3 functions: In continuous operation, running for the last departure or in case the power supply is not continuous, keep it in the stop position.
• Shafts for all the bars that make up the machine, made of galvanized steel, transmission system with cadenas “chains and sprockets, nylon guides in central part for cadena” chain and 1 calibrated steel guide in the motorization area for Avoid wear. Complete bars with PVC washers mounted on both sides to prevent water from entering the transmission system.
• 3 bars for process separation, manufactured with Aisi304 Ø115 mm stainless steel tube.
• 9 bars with Ø115 nylon brushes installed in the washing area with adjustable lower scrapers.
• 14 bars with Ø115 latex washers installed in the pre-drying area, with lower draining system adjustable in height with springs.
• 5 bars with Ø115 mix hair brushes installed in the drying zone with adjustable lower scrapers.
• Side and interior protections made with folded stainless steel plate.
• Chassis with telescopic legs adjustable in height.
• Section of drying by natural air installed in the upper part of the machine, with 4 large capacity turbines with stainless steel nozzles for the exit to pressure with 1.1Kw of power and chassis for support of the turbines manufactured with stainless steel profiling with PVC curtains at the entrance and exit of the structures.
• Covers mounted on the upper part of the washing machine, manufactured with folded stainless steel plate, for the closing of the machine.
• 2 Curtains made with stainless steel brackets and anti-acid rubber curtain mounted at the entrance and exit of the machine.
• Lower trays with drainage channel made with folded stainless steel plate and easy access with handles on the sides to extract them.
• By-pass system to perform the movements of up / down of the machine, equipped with 4 telescopic legs with internal screws machined, driven by motorized system controlled by electronic detectors, transmission between usillos with chains and pinions, chassis made of painted steel.
• Bottom floor: 1 motorized canvas conveyor for the transport of fruit without the need to be brushed, 1.00 m. width x 3.85 m. long, made with Aisi304 stainless steel chassis, equipped with 0.75Kw moto-reducer.
• Electrical panel and electrical installation to command all the maneuvers to be performed in the machine described above.
